The Allowing Session

We take one specific moment where the OCD fires — a real one, from your life — and work it live. Most people feel a real shift in the room. And either way, you leave knowing where your work actually is. It's complete in itself: not a taster, not a pitch — a real piece of work. No promise is being made about your outcome — everyone's pace is their own.

If you go on to work with me further, the full £247 is credited — it becomes the first payment toward whatever comes next.

One thing first: this is live, real work, so I read every request before opening a booking. If you've read the book and you're ready to work one real moment, that's a yes — the reading is so I can meet you properly, not a test you can fail. Tell me a little about where you are —

Where it can lead

The Recovery Circle — £97/month. The room: the full framework and courses, the portal tools, a weekly guided practice session, and a community of people doing the same work. Self-paced, cancel anytime. For many people, the book plus the Circle is the whole path.
The Implementation Programme. Six months of working with me directly — one-to-one sessions, daily support, the work built around your situation. It's intensive and I cap how many people I work with at a time, so it isn't for everyone and it isn't sold from a page: if the session shows we should talk about it, we will.
Neither, honestly. Plenty of people need neither — the book and the room are enough. That's a good outcome, not a consolation.
