There's the book, the app, and the programme. The programme is a six-month container, and it's built on the model that I go through in the book. And if understanding were enough, you'd probably be there already.
It's fifteen minutes, and it's free. Whether you've lived with OCD for years or it's all quite new, I'd like to see where you are with it. You walk me through what's going on. I'll ask a few questions. Then I'll tell you what I see, and the one next step I'd take in your position. If I think I can help on a deeper level, I'll tell you at the end.
Book a Recovery Assessment CallEverything we do in the programme is creating the conditions for allowing. We go through allowing on the calls together. It's not a check-in, it's actually doing the work itself.
The whole process is me holding you accountable. I track the daily practices. You'll know exactly what you need to do and why you're doing it.
As long as you show up and do the work, if you're not there by the end of six months, I'll continue to work with you for free until you are.
It's intensive and I cap how many people I work with at a time, so it isn't for everyone.
It's for people who are serious about complete recovery. The work doesn't come down to willpower, but it does come down to a willingness: courage and a willingness to be in the body, especially when the feelings feel very intense.
This work is for when you have ground under you. The programme is for adults.
